[Bug 2167076] [NEW] Automatic screen rotation does not apply despite valid IIO accelerometer events

Automatic rotation is enabled: org.gnome.settings-daemon.peripherals.touchscreen orientation-lock = false Mutter reports: PanelOrientationManaged = true HasExternalMonitor = false Display transform remains normal (0). iio-sensor-proxy 3.8 reports HasAccelerometer=true and emits normal, right-up, and left-up orientation changes through monitor-sensor. Restarting the GNOME session did not restore automatic display rotation.
