Today we do much more thorough regression testing internally (RT is a superset of kernel ADT). Given that generally ADT is already struggling to cope and we literally get no added value from running the same tests in ADT and RT lets drop the tests from ADT. This does not change the fact that the tests of other packages with relations to the kernel get run in ADT for each new kernel (DKMS, snapd, systemd, glibc, ...). Fix: Delete debian/tests from the kernel source package. Testcase: The kernel package stops showing as separate test run on ADT. Other packages get still triggered for new kernel uploads. Regression Potential: Possibly the missing test gets flagged on the first modified upload and has to be accepted. Otherwise nothing should hard rely on those tests to be run in ADT. And they still run for RT. To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2160302/+subscriptions
