* 6a584e336cefb ("wifi: cfg80211: add support to handle incumbent signal detected event from mac80211/driver") - added an additional API cfg80211_incumbent_signal_notify but is never used. But since a latter commit e4b993f2bca78 ("wifi: nl80211: split out UHR operation information") added another nl80211 command NL80211_ATTR_UHR_OPERATION, commit 6a584e336cefb should stay to keep ABI compatible. * 92fecd2744552 ("wifi: cfg80211: fix background CAC") * d69cb039ab193 ("wifi: cfg80211: set and report chandef CAC ongoing") * 68b908b3c83b2 ("wifi: cfg80211: events, report background radar") - These three commits add `cfg80211_set_cac_state` that is never used, as well as two enum nl80211_frequency_attr, NL80211_FREQUENCY_ATTR_CAC_START_TIME and NL80211_FREQUENCY_ATTR_PAD.
