Bug description:
SRU Justification:

[ Impact ]
No audio on Intel Panther Lake systems with CS42L43 + CS35L57 SoundWire
codecs. SOF driver selects a non-existent topology file instead of falling
through to function topologies.

[ Fix ]
Cherry-pick upstream commits:
- 3bcdbc221d676 ("ASoC: Intel: soc-acpi-intel-ptl-match: Remove cs42l43
match from sdw link3")
- da230e2323527 ("ASoC: SOF: ipc4-topology: set playback channel mask")

[ Test Plan ]
1. Boot patched kernel on PTL system with CS42L43+CS35L57
2. Verify audio playback and recording work
3. Verify no UBSAN warnings in dmesg

[ Where problems could occur ]
No audio on PTL systems with cs42l43-only on SoundWire link 3 (no
amplifiers) that previously matched the removed static table entry.
