Bug description:
Hi folks,

In my investigation of bug 2125424 it turns out that the issue is that
we don't have a vDSO support for armhf userspace on arm64 kernel.

I don't know how intentional that is, since the config/annotations
file only talks about amd64 for the COMPAT_VDSO knob? FWIW, Debian
kernels seem to enable it.
