Almost identical situation here. I have narrowed it down to the Dart
Code VSCode extension. Are you by any chance using it as well?

Freezing pc after ubuntu 25.10 upgrade

Bug description:
After upgrading to Ubuntu 25.10 the system freezes during heavy usage
(VS Code, browser, AI tools). The laptop heats up before freezing and
requires hard shutdown. Logs show amdgpu LOAD_TA failure. Issue did
not exist before upgrade.
