Public bug reported:
Running Mint 22.3 with 6.17.0-14 kernel. Can boot into system with first
monitor on, once I power on 2nd monitor system hangs, need to reboot.
Problem disappears with 6.14.0-37 kernel. GPU detected as AMD 7590 but
it is a 9060XT.

Running Mint 22.3 with 6.17.0-14 kernel. Can boot into system with
