Bug description:
Feature Description:

Extend the zcrypt device driver stack to allow configuring the
specific device drivers (cex4queue, vfio_ap) on a per APQN basis.

This function is to allow to prepare APQNs to be used in an
environment kubevirt that support both containers and guests both of
which may be configurable to support CEX resources.
