2nd monitor does not get a signal?

Bug description:
The latest kernel is not giving a signal to my 2nd monitor. I have an
Nvidia Titan X. I rebooted into the previous kernel and sent this
report. And now I realize that I need to boot into the new kernel to
collect the relevant data to send a useful bug report.
