Bug report has been raised against evince which is a document
viewer and clearly not the errant package. Moving to 'linux'
as the kernel seems to be far more appropriate for this issue.

15.6 Gaming Laptop with a Ryzen 7 8000 series CPU with an nvidua 4060
gpu. Sometimes it goes away and other times it comes back.
