[Bug 2095348] Re: Remove "ftrace: Fix possible use-after-free issue in ftrace_location()" bad commit from focal

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux/5.4.0-207.227 kernel in
-proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug
with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag
'verification-needed-focal-linux' to 'verification-done-focal-linux'. If
the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-focal-
linux' to 'verification-failed-focal-linux'.


If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Bug description:
This commit is somehow got into focal:linux 2025.01.13 cycle via
upstream tags. We need to remove this as it is removed before from
s2024.10.28 cycle. This commit causes ubuntu_kselftests_ftrace tests
to fail.
