Description: command "daxctl list -u", not list the DAX devices

OS- Ubuntu 24.04.1

Dell server: R7725/R7715

Steps to repro:
1. Concfigure CXL hardware
2. install ubuntu 24.04.1
3. boot into OS
4. enter command "daxctl list -u" check the results


tested latest upstream kernel 6.13 as well same issue,


Expected Results: "daxctl list -u" should show the cxl devices
