IPU6 camera not working with Dell XPS 9315

Bug description:
Under Software and Updates -> Additional Drivers, I have enabled the IPU6 Driver for the webcam
Now at least this seems to install without a crash
However, no application can detect a camera (Skype, Cheese, Gnome Camera)

If I query the devices, this is the output.
