Bug description:
[Impact]
perf/uncore is not supported on Oracular and OEM-6.11 kernel.

[Fix]
Add LNL and ARL support, the commits are just landed in upstream.

[Test]
Tested on hardware, the sysfs show:
On ARL:
$ cat /sys/devices/uncore_*/type

[Where problems could occur]
