problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If

problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-
realtime-6.11' to 'verification-failed-noble-linux-realtime-6.11'.

[Impact]
perf/uncore is not supported on Oracular and OEM-6.11 kernel.
[Fix]
Add LNL and ARL support, the commits are just landed in upstream.
