[ Impact ]

Currently, the 'wrong' firmware is loaded because Qualcomm hasn't
released the correct one until recently. This results in poor bluetooth
performance.

Firmware finally landed in upstream linux-firmware:

[ Test Plan ]

Boot and check that the new firmware is loaded and that bluetooth connections can be established.

New firmware that is only loaded on specific Qualcomm HW. Should not
affect any other users.
