[Bug 2089172] [NEW] System Does Not Sleep/Wake Correctly When Using Multiple Monitors

Public bug reported:

When I have a second monitor plugged in, my computer takes a really long time to sleep.
Then, when I try to wake the system back up, neither of the screens come back on, and I have to restart my computer.

If I disconnect my second monitor, via unplugging or via selecting
"built in display only", then my computer sleeps quickly, and resumes
correctly. It even re-connects to the second monitor on waking.
