All of the NUC systems run BOINC, so each is consistently at 30-40% CPU
usage

Title:
kernel 6.11.0-9-generic stops on Intel i3-1315U NUC
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
I've just upgrade to Kubuntu 24.10 on 6 systems.
The last of these is a Intel NUC with a "13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM)
i3-1315U" processor.
This system does not stay up very long with the 6.11.0-9-generic
kernel. After a minute or so the system stops, the display goes blank
and the power button on the system goes out. I have to recycle the
power on the wall socket to get things back to life.
If I boot into the 6.8.0-48-generic (from 24.04) the system runs OK.
Similarly, the other 5 system I have installed 24.10 on:
NUC with i3-1115G4 processor
NUC with i3-10110U processor
NUC with i3-8109U processor
laptop with Ultra 5 125H processor
laptop with i5-10210U processor
are all OK running 6.11.0-9-generic
NOTE: that any kernel details in the attached report are for the 6.8.0-48-generic kernel, noit the failing one!!!
