Verified on DNT-VT-C1_202409-35381 with the `xrandr` command. The output
doesn't show the unknown Display anymore.

Bug description:
[SRU Justification]
[Impact]
There will be a confusing phantom monitor shown on the display list, but actually no extra monitor are connected.
[Fix]
The bug is caused by the commit https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/b49420d6a1aeb399e5b107fc6eb8584d0860fbd7 in 6.11. Needs to introduce the 6.12 fix https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/ad604f0a4c040dcb8faf44dc72db25e457c28076.
[Test Case]
1. Make sure no external monitor connected
2. Power on the particular machine
3. Issue the command on Terminal `DISPLAY=:0 xrandr -q`.
4. Check if there's a "Unknown 23" monitor" on the display list
[Where problems could occur]
Need to check on more machines with different configurations. It only happens on 6.11 and it only affects the SCREEN INFO displayed.
