As famously reported by Phoronix, there is an issue on Asus LNL machines
where the thermal profile is not set properly, degrading performance.
This has been fixed by upstream commit

Run xonotic or some other app with benchmarking capabilities before and
after installing a fixed kernel, and check that performance has improved
dramatically.
