update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the

'verification-needed-noble-linux-oem-6.11' to 'verification-failed-
noble-linux-oem-6.11'.
If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

[Impact]
Dell AIO backlight need dell_uart_backlight module, but CONFIG_DELL_UART_BACKLIGHT is not enabled on 6.8 and 6.11 kernels.
[Fix]
Enable the option in the kernel config
[Test Case]
1. Boot Dell AIO machine to desktop
2. The backlight should be controlled through hotkey and/or GUI
[Where problems could occur]
No regression.
