hwe-6.8 will replace oem-6.5.

You can try it first in jammy-proposed, it's the same as noble-6.8
kernel.

Tested the AX211 on the X1 Carbon 11 using 24.04 and it is working but
Cisco would like the changes to be back ported to 22.04
