[Bug 2046080] Re: touchpad and keyboard don't work

I have similar results with a Dell Inspiron 15 5570. It's about 50%
whether the keyboard works after the system resumes from suspend mode.
It always works upon restart or initial boot though.

Bug description:
When i start Ubuntu my mousepad and keyboard of my laptop don't work,
what's strange is that on windows it works perfectly fine...
