Sound skips when mouse is moved

Bug description:
When you are playing a video or audio stream in a browser, if you move
your mouse, is makes audio playback "choppy" and requires not moving
the mouse for several seconds for it to go away. It makes doing
anything else while watching youtube or listening to a radio station
stream nearly impossible. I have to use my table and bluetooth while
using google for other websites. It started after I upgraded from
23.10 to 24.04
