test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is

done-focal'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-
needed-focal' to 'verification-failed-focal'.
If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Bug description:
[Impact]
LED is not show networking status on the said Dell EMC board.
[Fix]
Don't set the LED on it.
[Test]
Check the LED and it's showing correct status. The LED continues to work
after S3.
[Where problems could occur]
We use a UUID to match the board, so all other users are unaffected.
