Bug description:
I found in Kernel 5.13.0-39 the same bug already explained in Kernel
5.13.0-37. I used both Kernels, now I use Kernel 5.13.0-35 again
without problems with my external USB Sound Card.

Kernel: 5.13.0-35-generic x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: N/A Desktop:
Cinnamon 5.2.7
