This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves
the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the
results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-
hirsute' to 'verification-done-hirsute'. If the problem still exists,
change the tag 'verification-needed-hirsute' to 'verification-failed-
hirsute'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Bug description:
[Impact]
j1939_can_recv may run concurrently to can_rx_unregister on j1939_netdev_stop, which will, then, free the priv struct that is used by j1939_can_recv, leading to a system crash.

[Potential regression]
CAN J1939 sockets may stop working as expected.

[Test case]
A program that created multiple threads, binding to J1939 sockets and closing them, while sending RAW CAN sockets were run.
