cannot upgrade to ubuntu 20.10

Bug description:
Release: Ubuntu 20.04.1 lts

When I ran the software updater, it gave an error. It said in Dutch:
"De installatie van python3 is beschadigd. Gelieve de symlink
'/usr/bin/python3' te repareren", which means that the installation of
python3 was damaged. I need to fix the symlink mentioned above, but I
do not know how to do that or how it was damaged in the first place.
