Bug description:
[Impact]
To enable Ambiq micro AM1805 RTC chip
[Fix]
The patch is provided by Eurotech.
Eurotech doesn't want to upstream this driver, because there are some functions are used by Eurotech's platforms only.
[Test]
Verified on Eurotech's machine and it works well.
[Regression Potential]
Low, it's a standalone file/driver, so no regression could be introduced.
[Misc]
We only need this driver in Bionic kernel, but for future possible projects, SRU this to Focal kernel, too.
