[Bug 1818430] [NEW] Please update aufs driver

Public bug reported:

The latest Debian package of aufs-tools fails to build on Ubuntu 19.04
because it is looking for a non-RC version of aufs. Currently, Ubuntu's
aufs reports as "4.x-rcN-20180917"
