Bug description:
I am on "Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya".

Upgrading to Kernel 4.15.0-39.42~16.04.1 leaves the ethernet adapter
inactive after resume from suspend. I reverted to a 4.13 kernel for
this reason for which it works.
