Bug description:
Binary package hint: brasero

when using the 2.6.31 linux kernels Brasero does not recognize any
blank media.

sudo lshw -short shows that my dvd writer is:

/0/100/1f.1/0.0.0 /dev/cdrom disk DVD A DS8A1H
