*** This bug is a security vulnerability ***

Private security bug reported:

Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS with HWE kernel fails to boot on Dell PowerEdge R7725 servers.
During boot, the system repeatedly outputs: "stdin: Invalid argument" and eventually prompts for boot options (e.g., "Attempt interactive netboot from a URL?"). The system does not proceed to load the operating system.

Steps to Repro:
1. Download the Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS ISO image with the Hardware Enablement (HWE) kernel.
2. Prepare a bootable installation media (ISO mounted via virtual media or USB).
3. Access the Dell PowerEdge R7725 server and configure it to boot from the prepared installation media.
4. Start the boot process using the HWE kernel option from the GRUB menu.
5. Observe the console output during the boot sequence.
