Drivers not loading properly on new kernel

Bug description:
When I boot to Ubuntu with Linux 6.8.0.-86-generic or Linux
6.8.0.-87-generic I get to the login screen and I can't use my mouse,
touchpad, external nor internal keyboard. The system does not freeze
as I can see animations such as connecting to my wifi or the time
changing. Also, if when I connected my additional display using hdmi
or a usb extender, the login screen didn't even show up. When I boot
into Linux 6.8.0.-85-generic, the drivers worked properly.

I started without the Linux 6.8.0.-87-generic installed and I
installed it in recovery mode in Linux 6.8.0.-86-generic before I knew
85 would help.
