Same problem here, Ubuntu 25.10 on Thinkpad T460s

/dev/tpm device is not created and dev-tpmrm0.device times out after 90
s

This is likely a kernel bug, but if tpm_crb fails then the service
should not wait but bail immediately

Hello,

I tried the actual daily of Ubuntu 24.10. And the boot hang at job
dev_tpm for 1:30min.

This is the workaround:

systemctl mask dev-tpmrm0.device
